The numbers

The times above are the usual case, not a promise. Late at night, or when a wallet or bank is having problems, things can take longer. If yours is going to take longer, we tell you in the chat.

How to deposit

1. Ask us for the account number In the chat, right before you send. Do not use a number from an old message, a screenshot or a forward. This is the single most important step on this page.
2. Send the money From your own JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account. Minimum Rs. 500.
3. Send us the receipt A screenshot or the transaction ID. That is how we find your transfer.
4. Check your balance It usually shows in about 5 minutes.

How to withdraw

Send us a message with your ID and the amount. The money goes back to the same wallet or bank account you deposited from, usually within about 15 minutes.

Before you ask, check three things yourself. It saves a lot of waiting.

• The amount is Rs. 500 or more
• The receiving account is yours and the details are right

Keep a record of every transaction

This is the habit that decides whether a problem takes ten minutes or ten days. Save these before the money leaves, not after something goes wrong.

• Your BetPro ID
• The exact amount
• Which method you used
• The date and time
• The account you sent it to
• The transaction reference number
• The receipt or a screenshot
• The status, if it is a withdrawal

Keep it all in one chat. If something goes wrong, whoever helps you needs the timeline. One message with all eight details gets it sorted. "I sent it yesterday I think" does not.

If your deposit has not shown up

Work through this in order. Do not skip to the last step.

• Check the money actually left. Open your bank or wallet app and look. A lot of "missing deposits" never went through.
• Check the account number you used against the one we gave you in the chat. One wrong digit sends real money to a real stranger.
• Give it the usual few minutes. Wallet and bank delays happen and they are normal.
• Send us one message with all your details. One message, one chat, everything in it.
• Do not send the money again. A second payment while the first is being checked is the most common way one problem turns into two.

Never send these to anyone

• Your account password
• An OTP or SMS code
• Your banking or email password
• A wallet or ATM PIN
• A card PIN or CVV
• A remote access or screen share code

No payment problem is ever solved by any of these. A transfer is traced with a reference number, not with your PIN. Anyone who tells you otherwise is not helping you. Read account security to see how the approach usually works.

Warning signs

• The account number suddenly changed in the middle of a chat
• You are being rushed to send within a few minutes
• A "release fee" or "tax" is demanded before your withdrawal is paid
• You are asked to split one payment into several transfers
• Someone offers to get back money you already lost, for a fee
• Someone asks for a PIN or an OTP to "verify" the payment
• You are told to keep the payment off the main chat

The release fee one deserves extra attention. Being asked to pay money in order to receive money is one of the oldest tricks there is, and it never stops at one payment. There is always another fee. If it happens, stop and report it.

Before you deposit at all

Two things worth deciding now, while you are calm. Neither gets easier later.

First, pick your limit and write it down. Not "not too much" — an actual number. The point of writing it down is that you chose it at a moment when you were not chasing anything.
