Most sites in this market describe a service without ever telling you a limit or a time. That does not help you decide anything. So here it all is, up front.

Those are the usual times, not a promise. A transfer sent at three in the morning can be slower. So can a wallet or a bank that is having problems at that moment. If something is going to take longer than usual, we tell you in the chat instead of leaving you guessing.

Opening a BetPro ID

There is no signup form for a BetPro ID. Someone has to issue it for you, which is why a dealer sits between you and the site. Opening one with us costs nothing and normally takes about five minutes from your first message.

1. Message us on WhatsApp Just say you want a new ID. No form to fill, nothing to pay first, no documents to send to a stranger.
2. Tell us you are 18 or over We ask, you answer. We do not open an ID for anyone under 18. That one is not negotiable.
3. Pick a username You choose it. Do not reuse a username you already use somewhere important.
4. Set your own password You type it in yourself, on your own phone, and you do not tell it to anyone. If anyone asks you for it, including us, stop the conversation.
5. Deposit if you want to bet Minimum Rs. 500. The ID works whether or not you put money in, so you can decide that part later.

Putting money in

A deposit is simple. You ask us for the account number, you send the money from your wallet or bank, and you send us the receipt. We match the receipt to the transfer and add the money to your ID.

Two habits protect you more than anything else here.

First, ask for the account number in the live chat every single time. Do not copy it from an old chat, a screenshot or a forwarded message. Numbers change, and a stale number is the most common way money in this market ends up in the wrong hands.

Second, keep your own receipt until you can see the balance. If anything goes wrong, the receipt is what sorts it out.

Taking money out

Your withdrawal goes back to the same wallet or bank account the deposit came from. That is not paperwork for its own sake. It means that even if someone gets into your account, they cannot send your balance to a number of their own.

Getting help

The fourth thing is the one nobody advertises: someone actually replies. Login not working, a password you cannot reset, a deposit that has not shown up, an app that will not install, a message you are not sure is really from us. All of it goes to the same WhatsApp number and you get a plain answer.

Here is what help never involves: your password, an OTP, your banking or email password, a wallet or ATM PIN, a card PIN or CVV, or remote access to your phone. We do not need any of those to do any part of our job, and neither does anyone else who is genuine.

What we do not do

Worth reading properly. A dealer who is vague about their limits now will be vague later, when it matters.

How to check you are talking to us

Someone pretending to be a dealer is the main risk in this market, and it happens at the worst moment: when you have the money ready to send. So before any transfer, check the number you are chatting with against the number on this site, and ask for the account number in that same chat. A number that reached you through a forward, a group or an advert is not checked.

Before you start

Betting can lose you money and it is not a way to earn. Only use money you can afford to lose completely. Never borrow to fund your balance, and never try to win back a loss by betting more. That last one is what turns a bad evening into a bad year.
