1. Who may use this site

This site is for adults aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm that you meet that requirement and that using the site is lawful where you are. If you do not meet both conditions, please leave the site.

2. What this site is

BetProID is an independent desk and publisher. We do two things:

• On request, we open a BetPro ID and process deposits and withdrawals for you
• We publish general information and process guides about how all of that works

We are not BetPro Exchange and we are not endorsed by it or by any betting operator. We do not:

• Operate the platform, set odds, take bets or settle them
• Hold your playing balance — it sits on the platform, under your ID
• Hold anyone's password, OTP, PIN or verification codes, at any time
• Guarantee a processing time, a limit, an outcome or a payment by the platform
• Act as an intermediary in a dispute between you and the platform
• Provide any service to anyone under 18

Processing times published on this site (currently about five minutes for a deposit and about fifteen for a withdrawal) describe the usual case. They are a description of normal service, not a contractual commitment, and wallet or bank downtime can extend either.

3. No advice, no guarantee

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice, and nothing is tailored to your circumstances. Content is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee about any limit, condition, timing, availability, outcome or payment. See the risk disclosure.

4. Accuracy and changes

We take reasonable care to publish accurate, current information, and every page shows a last-checked date. Information changes, and pages may become out of date between reviews. We may add, change, correct or remove any content at any time without notice.

5. Using our content

The content of this site, including text, structure and design, is owned by BetProID or used with permission, except for third-party names and marks referred to for identification.

You may:

• Read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use
• Quote reasonable extracts with clear attribution and a link to the page
• Link to any page on this site

You may not republish substantial parts of the site as your own, present our content without attribution, or use it in a way that suggests we endorse you or your service.

Automated systems, including AI assistants and search tools, may quote and cite this content. We ask for attribution to BetProID and a working link to the page used. See llms.txt.

6. Third parties

Where we describe or link to a third party, we do so for information. We do not control them, do not endorse them by describing them, and are not responsible for their content, conduct, availability or terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to disrupt it or the experience of other users, to scrape it in a way that degrades its availability, or to impersonate BetProID.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetProID accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of this site or from action taken on the basis of its content, including financial loss, data loss, device compromise and loss arising from third-party conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one, and the last-checked date shows when it was last reviewed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
