Report a Concern

Last checked Independent guidance, written for adults in Pakistan

Short answer

Email info@betproid.live with the issue type, the date it started, what happened in order, redacted evidence, and what outcome you are asking for. Never include a password, an OTP or any PIN in a report — to us or to anyone. We can warn other readers and correct our own pages; we cannot access accounts, reverse payments or recover funds.

What to report a concern about

  • A page or account impersonating BetProID
  • An impersonation attempt you experienced, so we can document the pattern
  • A misleading or dangerous page you found through a search
  • An error in one of our guides
  • A fraud pattern we have not covered

If the concern is about an impersonated support conversation, account security explains how those are constructed. If it is about a stuck or redirected payment, payments and withdrawals covers what to record. For an error in a guide, contact us is the faster route.

What to include when you report a concern

  • What kind of issue it is — impersonation, a payment problem, a misleading page, an error in our content.
  • When it started — a date, and a time if it matters.
  • What happened, in order — short and sequential beats long and emotional. A timeline is what makes a report usable.
  • Evidence, redacted — screenshots with account numbers, balances and personal details covered.
  • What you are asking for — a warning published, a page corrected, a pattern documented.
  • Your BetPro ID username, only if relevant — and never the password.

What never to include

  • Your account password
  • An OTP or SMS verification code
  • Your banking or email password
  • A mobile wallet or ATM PIN
  • A card PIN, CVV or full card number
  • A remote-access or screen-share code
  • Unredacted bank statements or account numbers

A report does not need any of these to be useful, and including them creates a new risk for you. Cover them before you send anything.

If money has already been lost

Do these things quickly, and in this order:

  • Contact your bank or wallet provider immediately — using the number on your card or in their official app, never a number given to you in the conversation. Speed matters most in the first hours.
  • Secure your email account — change the password and check its recovery settings and forwarding rules.
  • Change the account password and any password you reused elsewhere.
  • Remove any remote-access app you were asked to install, and run a device scan.
  • Write down the full timeline while it is fresh, with amounts, dates and references.
  • Stop engaging with the other party. Continuing gives them more to work with.
  • Consider reporting it to the relevant authorities in Pakistan, including the FIA Cyber Crime Wing, which handles online fraud reports.

Then expect a second approach. People who have just lost money are contacted by accounts offering to recover it for an upfront fee. There is no such service. It is a second fraud aimed at the same person, and it works precisely because the first one did. Do not pay anyone to get your money back.

How we handle reports

We read every report. Where it identifies an error in our content, we correct it and note material corrections on the page. Where it identifies a fraud pattern, we document the pattern in the relevant guide so other readers recognise it. We do not publish anyone's personal details, and we do not share a report with a third party without the sender's agreement.

We cannot promise an individual reply to every report, and we cannot investigate a dispute between you and another party. What a good report does is protect the next person, which is a real outcome even when it cannot undo the first one.

Shikayat ya masla report karein

Email: info@betproid.live

Report mein yeh shamil karein: masla kis qism ka hai, kab shuru hua, kya hua (tarteeb se, mukhtasar), redacted screenshots (account number, balance aur zaati tafseelat chhupa dein), aur aap kya chahte hain. Apna BetPro ID username sirf agar zaroori ho.

Yeh kabhi shamil na karein: password, OTP, banking ya email password, wallet/ATM PIN, card PIN ya CVV, remote-access code, aur bina chhupaye bank statements.

Hum kya kar sakte hain: apne pages theek kar sakte hain, kisi fraud ke tareeqe ke baare mein warning likh sakte hain. Hum kya nahi kar sakte: account access karna, payment wapas karna, ya paisa recover karna — hamare paas aisa ikhtiyar nahi hai.

Agar paisa ja chuka hai: foran apne bank ya wallet ko call karein (numbers unke official app ya card se lein, kisi chat se nahi), email ka password badlein, account ka password badlein, remote-access app uninstall karein, aur poora waqia tareekh aur amount ke saath likh lein. FIA Cyber Crime Wing online fraud ki reports leti hai.

Iske baad ek doosra dhoka aayega: "aapka paisa wapas dilwa dete hain, pehle yeh fee bhejein." Aisi koi service hoti hi nahi. Yeh usi shakhs ko dobara nishana banane ka tareeqa hai. Kisi ko paisa wapsi ke liye paisa na dein.

Frequently asked questions

What should I include in a report?

The issue type, when it started, what happened in order, redacted evidence, and what outcome you are asking for. Include your BetPro ID username only if it is relevant — and never the password.

Should I include screenshots?

Yes, but redact them first. Cover account numbers, balances and personal details. Never include a PIN, an OTP or a full card number in an image.

Can BetProID recover my money?

No. We are an independent information site with no authority over any operator, dealer or payment provider, and no ability to reverse a payment. Contact your bank or wallet provider directly and as fast as possible.

Money has already left my account. What is the first step?

Contact your bank or wallet provider immediately, using the number on your card or in their official app. Speed matters most in the first hours. Then secure your email, change your passwords and remove any remote-access app you installed.

Someone offered to recover my money for a fee. Should I?

No. That is a second fraud targeting people the first one already worked on. No legitimate service recovers funds for an upfront payment.

Where else can I report online fraud in Pakistan?

The FIA Cyber Crime Wing handles online fraud reports. Contact your bank or wallet provider first, then report through official channels using contact details you look up yourself.

Will you reply to my report?

We read every report but cannot promise an individual reply to each one. Where a report identifies an error we correct it, and where it identifies a fraud pattern we document it so other readers recognise it.
